Shipping and returns
Most pieces are made to order and leave the workshop within two to four working days.

Every parcel is tracked and insured. Duties and taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient; we mark the true value on every customs form.
Returns and exchanges
- 30 days from delivery, for unworn pieces in their original pouch.
- Size exchanges on rings and bangles are free; we cover the return label.
- Engraved and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned, but can always be repaired or resized.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us.
