Orders

An order request from this site is an invitation for us to confirm availability and price. A contract exists once you have paid the payment link we send and we have confirmed it. We may decline an order, for example if a piece has sold out; anything already paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include Belgian VAT where it applies. Payment is taken through a secure third-party payment provider; we never see or store card details.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Every parcel is insured in transit; if one is lost or damaged, tell us within seven days and we replace it.

Returns

See shipping and returns. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Warranty

We repair manufacturing faults free of charge for two years from delivery, and anything else at cost for as long as the workshop exists. Normal wear, loss and accidental damage are not manufacturing faults.
